對此,國泰醫院復健科醫師簡文仁建議民眾,可以在短暫的通勤時間或是少量的走路時間裡「邊走邊做操」,花一點少少的時間多消耗一些熱量,不僅可以幫助身體健康,對於矯正長久維持同一姿勢所造成的身體慣性,也有助舒緩。?

簡文仁醫師表示,邊走邊做操其實沒有一定要用什麼姿勢才好,但是「腰挺直、背用力」很重要,只是隨便甩甩,腰跟背都沒有用力,做了也相當枉然,因此記得「腰挺直、背用力」是關鍵。
